Actually semalam ingat nak masak ayam masak kuning dengan sambal sotong je... because you know kuah masak lemak cili api and sambal merah it's a good combination that will make you feel like you're in heaven... venn.. vennn.... liddat.
Tapi sebab semalam pergi visit abg palan, and ifa dekat DEMC, dan sedor sedor dah pukul 2 maka nya we both makan la kat luar.
So ayam yang dinyah beku tu aku pun masukkan dlm fridge balik... no no no not freezer. Kite jumpa malam nanti okay chicken.
Resepi ni aku main kaedah cuba jaya je, tak cuba maka tak berjaya, kalau dah cuba tak berjaya jugak, sila masukkan dalam tong sampah dan menangis di bucu katil. Tunggu hujung minggu kite cuba jaya lagi.. so repeat je the process okay.
But Alhamdulillah, this recipe turn out to be so sedap sampai syaffiq makan lagi dengan roti (tulah sape suruh cakap tak nak makan nasi, kan I dah masak nasi setengah pot je...) Tapi macam lagi sedap makan dengan roti... terus pap pap pap idea nak buat man tao goreng timbul..
Dia cakap lagi sedap dari gold chilli ... auwww why you need to be so shweet liddat huh???

Okay fine habis merepek.. so lets continue to cook this super easy recipe okay..
2 tbs unsalted butter / 2 sdb mentega tanpa garam 2/3 bird eyes chili / 2/3 cili api nak harom pedas 2 cloves of garlic / 2 ulas bawang putih curry leaves / daun kari |
Deep fried chicken fillet / fillet ayam yang telah digoreng 1 cup of evaporated milk / 1 cawan susu cair salt / garam sugar / gula seasoning / cukup rasa mix of water + corn flour / campuran tepung jagung dan air |
Melt the butter over medium heat pan / cairkan mentega di atas kuali sederhana panas |
sautee the garlic / tumiskan bawang putih |
Mix in the curry leaves, chili until fragrance / masukkan daun kari dan cili sehingga naik bau |
Pour in the milk and the corn flour / masukkan susu dan tepung jagung Seasoned with salt, sugar and seasoning / Masukkan garam, gula, serbuk perasa |
Mix well until you get desire thickness / Kacau sehingga pekat |
